John works one-on-one with Executive Leaders to set the pace for departments and organizations to align empathy and emotional intelligence with a strategy to achieve and sustain their target culture of excellence.
In this 8-week program, John coaches existing and emerging leaders through a proven track of growing their leadership mindset, skills, and practices. To understand themselves and others, leaders will learn what John calls the ‘cheat code’ and how it can improve communication, and trust, change leadership, and navigate internal and external business relationships.
